Rev. Joy Kachel is a teacher, healer and spiritual counselor.
She has a Doctor of Ministry degree from Wisdom University and is an Ordained Minister with the Universal Life Church.
Joy is a Reiki Master and teaches many healing and metaphysical classes. Her present ministry also includes teaching Adult Basic Skills/GED Preparation classes at Washington State Penitentiary.
