A granddaughter of pioneers and a Washington native, Martie has lived in many different areas of the Western U.S. She has had a long and varied career as a bank clerk, personnel supervisor for the Department of the Army, medical administrator for the Veterans Administration and customer service manager for a retail store. Now retired, Martie devotes herself to spiritual studies, friends and family.
